Tour of Britain: Mark Cavendish hails 'brother' Wiggins

World champion Mark Cavendish says he and Sky teammate Bradley Wiggins are "like brothers" after he won the fourth stage of the Tour of Britain.

On a mostly sodden Carlisle to Blackpool stage, Tour de France winner Wiggins played a leading role in putting his colleague in position to sprint to his second consecutive stage win and claim the overall leader's jersey.

Cavendish looks set to leave Team Sky for an outfit more geared to his sprinting ambitions but admits it is "nice to be doing stuff in a British team".
