Lance Armstrong charges offer closure - David Millar

British rider David Millar backs the US Anti-Doping Agency's (Usada) decision to strip Lance Armstrong of his seven Tour de France titles after the American said he would no longer fight doping charges.

Millar expresses his disappointment that International Cycling Union (UCI) boss Pat McQuaid has said the UCI is not responsible for the culture of doping.

The 35-year-old Scot , who was banned for two years in 2004 for taking performance-enhancing drugs, wants everyone who contributed to the doping culture to be "contrite".
