Sir Dave Brailsford quits British Cycling to focus on Team Sky

Sir David Brailsford talks about the "brilliant, exciting" times he had as performance director of British Cycling, as he steps down from the role.

Brailsford will concentrate on running Team Sky, where he masterminded Tour de France wins for Sir Bradley Wiggins in 2012 and Chris Froome last year.

He says cycling in the UK is "unrecognisable" from when he became involved in 1988, with 16 Olympic gold medals won at the past two Games.
