How USA move helped BMX rider Shanaze Reade beat depression
World Champion BMX rider Shanaze Reade reveals to BBC Sport's Nick Hope that a move out to the USA has helped her overcome the depression which followed heartache at the last two Olympics.
Reade crashed out of the Beijing Games final in 2008 and finished sixth at London 2012, but left the British Cycling programme in order to compete in the North American BMX circuit in 2014.
The cyclist admits she may now split her time between the USA and Britain in the build-up to the Rio Olympics in 2016.
