World Track Championships 2015: Jason Kenny & Jan van Eijden

Three-time Olympic champion Jason Kenny says Great Britain's men's team sprint squad "didn't get our ride out" at the Track World Championships in Paris.

The Lancastrian bemoans the fact that the team can't currently "do it when it matters", as they finished eighth to miss out on qualification by over half a second.

Sprint coach Jan van Eijden concedes that the women's team - who also finished eighth - suffered from the absence of "prime rider" Becky James as she recovers from a serious knee injury.
