England job is one everyone would want - Redknapp

Harry Redknapp speaks to Football Focus's Garth Crooks in January about the possibility of taking up the role of England manager, saying that "managing your country is something everything would want to do" adding "at the end of the season who knows."

The Tottenham boss reveals any decision would be "a difficult one" as he is happy at White Hart Lane and because "so many great managers have had a difficult time" in a role many consider to be a poisoned chalice.

Redknapp also praises Fabio Capello as "world class", and reckons the FA should appointing a British boss, saying "we've had plenty of goes with foreign managers".
