In depth - Shearer on Capello and Redknapp

Alan Shearer tells BBC's Football Focus that England should forget about winning Euro 2012 and use the tournament as a "stepping stone" for the World Cup in Rio in 2014.

The former England captain does not believe Fabio Capello's reign as England manager was a success and is adamant the Football Association should appoint an English person as his successor, naming Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp as his preferred candidate.
