Roberts explains refusal to wear anti-racism T-shirt
Jason Roberts explains his decision not to wear an anti-racism T-shirt was "a personal choice" and is pleased people are now discussing the issue.
The Reading striker believes the Professional Football Association's six-point plan to combat the issue is a "step in the right direction" but wants to see more steps taken.
Roberts also gives his backing to an equivalent of the NFL's 'Rooney Rule', which requires teams to interview one black or ethnic minority candidate for head coaching and senior operation opportunities that become available.
