Roberto Mancini sacked as Manchester City manager

BBC Sport looks back at Roberto Mancini's career as Manchester City manager after the Italian was sacked by the club.

The 48-year-old spent three-and-a-half years at the helm but a statement said he "had failed to achieve any of the club's targets, with the exception of qualification for next season's Champions League".
