Manuel Pellegrini: Man City's new boss turned down other clubs
New Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini says he is very proud to have been given the job and that he turned down other offers to take over at Eastlands.
Pellegrini feels City have the "best squad" in the Premier League, "incredible" fans and everything needed to be successful.
The 59-year-old Chilean praises former boss Roberto Mancini but says he is looking to start a new "cycle" at the club and win more trophies.
