Paul Riley wants to succeed Hope Powell as England women's coach

Paul Riley says he would encourage more young players and introduce competitive training if he becomes the England women's manager.

Hope Powell was sacked as manager last month after England were eliminated from Euro 2013 in the group stages.

Liverpool-born Riley, who coaches New York Fury, believes his two decades of experience in America make him ideal for the role.
