Everton 2-0 Man Utd: David Moyes bemoans conceding 'dreadful goals'

Manchester United manager David Moyes admits his side gave away "dreadful goals" during their 2-0 away defeat to Everton.

Defender Phil Jones conceded a penalty after blocking Romelu Lukaku's shot with his hand. Leighton Baines converted from the spot, before Kevin Mirallas made it 2-0 to compound the misery for Moyes on his return to Goodison Park.

The result sees Manchester United remain seventh in the Premier League, 12 points behind Everton.

On 22 April, Moyes was sacked by Manchester United only 10 months after succeeding Sir Alex Ferguson.
