London Broncos: Tony Rea disappointed by early exit
Departing London Broncos coach Tony Rea tells BBC London 94.9 that he "would rather have stayed on and finished the job this season".
The Broncos are bottom of Super League, having lost all their 11 matches so far this season.
But, after stepping down to be replaced by assistant coach Joe Grima, Rea said: "We've held together. I feel we're going to have a good second half of the season.
"I know Joe feels the same. I'm sad that I'll not be a part of that, but I accept that it's the best thing to do it."
