CSKA Moscow 2-2 Man City: Pellegrini blames cold weather
Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini says an "excess of trust" and cold Russian weather were to blame after his side were held to a 2-2 draw by CSKA Moscow in the Champions League.
City stormed to 2-0 half-time lead thanks to goals from Sergio Aguero and James Milner, but the Chilean says the first half was "too easy" and his side were pegged back after the break through Seydou Doumbia's strike and Bedras Natcho's late penalty.
The result leaves Pellegrini's side without a win from their opening three games in Group E, and seven points behind group leaders Bayern Munich.
