Tiger Woods hopes belly putter rule change unifies golf
Tiger Woods says the proposal to ban "anchoring" belly putters to the body will ensure professionals and amateurs alike play under the same rules worldwide.
The change, scheduled for January 2016, would see the end of belly-putting strokes but not the clubs themselves.
Woods adds that he has answered those critics who said he would never win again, but believes he still has some of his best golf to play.
