Tiger Woods sounds uncannily like film star Clint Eastwood after battling illness during the third round of the Hero World Challenge in Florida.

The former world number one remains in last place despite shooting a three-under-par 69 to bring him back to level par overall.

Fellow American Jordan Spieth holds the lead on 20 under and is on the brink of winning his second title of the year.
