England v South Africa: Lancaster praises Anthony Watson talent

England rugby head coach Stuart Lancaster says wing Anthony Watson, who will make his debut against South Africa on Saturday, is a "special talent".

He replaces injured Bath team-mate Semesa Rokoduguni for his first international start after beginning the tour match against provincial side Crusaders in New Zealand in July when he scored an impressive long-range try in a 38-7 win.

The 20-year-old's inclusion is the only change to the starting XV that lost 24-21 to New Zealand last weekend.
