Elinor Snowsill: I considered retiring a lot of times

Former Wales fly-half Elinor Snowsill tells Scrum V she considered retiring many times while the nation's women struggled for support from the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU).

Snowsill called time on her career after 14 years of Test rugby in August 2023, crediting then performance director Nigel Walker for bringing in professional contracts.

She now works in a player development role in a joint project involving Cardiff Metropolitan University and the WRU.
