Andy Murray says bathroom break helped him regain focus

US Open champion Andy Murray says a bathroom break after the fourth set helped him refocus and to remind himself to "leave the court with no regrets" as he beat Novak Djokovic to win his first Grand Slam.

The 25-year old Scot says his victory was not only for himself, but for the entire country and jokes he hopes there is not another 76-year wait for a British slam champion.

Murray also becomes the first man ever to win Olympic gold and the US Open in the same year.
