You have probably had a zillion texts about this but the fight is unwatchable on Netflix in UK. I have gigabit internet, fastest you can get in the UK and have not managed to see a live picture yet. Not one frame. Typical the fight was due to start at 4 am UK time and will now be five am, but still no luck viewing anything on Netflix. Having to rely on good old Beeb at the moment.

Jake Paul wants to be taken seriously as a boxing contender.

That's tough to do when he walks around with bright red hair and a rooster placed on his head during fight week.

Paul has put a lot of work into learning the art of boxing since first stepping into the ring as an amateur in 2018 but he is still a novice, despite garnering enough interest to draw a crowd of around 60,000 in Texas and likely millions worldwide tonight.

Some boxing traditionalists feel Paul is making a mockery of the sport, particularly with audacious claims he could beat superstar Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez or by comparing himself to Muhammad Ali.

But how did Paul become such a phenomenon - and how much of what he says should we buy into?

Read Kal Sajad's interview with Paul here.

Glad to have you with us Amanda.

There have been a fair few technical glitches with the Netflix broadcast tonight.

It has been billed as the future of live sport and with millions around the world tuning in, the quality of picture has been far from ideal at times.

    What are your thoughts?

I'm thankful there is this live reporting, as Netflix keeps freezing, buffering and showing such low data speeds, it's like watching Lego boxing.

It was tense when the Taylor v Serrano scorecards were confirmed.

Team Serrano were not happy, with her promoter Nakisa Bidarian and her coach Jordan Maldonado in the middle of a crowded ring.

Tyson's team came in and handed face masks to all of the BBC Sport team before our interview earlier in the week. We were told he was worried about getting sick in fight week so if we could all keep our distance.

Reminded me of the pandemic. I started to look for spots where I could eat out to help out. I then walked round the corner and saw Tyson's lunch.

Epic fight - unfair to say Taylor was deliberately head butting , though her boxing style lends itself to the inevitable head clashes.

    Tyson v Paul

Mike Tyson claims it was a "no-brainer" than he would fight Jake Paul.

Tyson has carried himself with a largely calm persona throughout fight week - until Friday's weigh-in, of course.

He has been put through his paces by sparring partners in their 20s and insists that they haven't "taken it easy" on him during training.

  10. 'Blame Mike' - absurdity and appeal of Tyson v Paulpublished at 04:30 Greenwich Mean Time

    Tyson v Paul

If ever there was an example to perfectly illustrate the absurdity of Friday's Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul fight, it is this:

On 17 January 1997, the Paul family in Ohio were celebrating the birth of blond-haired baby boy Jake.

Meanwhile, the cover of that month's edition of the International Boxing Digest asked: "Is Tyson finished?"

'Iron Mike' was already past his prime - having been dismantled inside 11 rounds by Evander Holyfield two months earlier - but to answer the question, no, he was not finished.

Twenty-seven years later, Jake has grown into the self-proclaimed 'Problem Child' and faces a 58-year-old Tyson at Dallas' AT&T Stadium.

BBC Sport's Kal Sajad takes a look at the key questions surrounding this controversial contest.

    Well that was fun.

I'm sure there is going to be plenty more fallout from Taylor's win against Serrano.

We turn our focus to the main event now, though.

It's Mike Tyson v Jake Paul next.

We're hearing they should be heading to the ring in around 30 minutes, so you've time to grab another coffee before an expected 05:00 GMT start.

Serrano has been absolutely robbed there. Taylor focused on leading with her head and holding, such a shame.

  13. 'I want to be great'published at 04:26 Greenwich Mean Time

    Taylor wins by unanimous decision

Amanda Serrano, speaking on Netflix: "I knew when it went to the judges it was going to be a little shady. Listen, I chose to fight. I went up three divisions. I lost in two and I dared to be great tonight. I am the featherweight champion of the world. I want to be great. I only fight the best. It is what it is. I'm a featherweight.

"Every time you get a cut it hurts. You get blood in your eye. She kept headbutting me, but we knew that from the very beginning, the first fight. It's not only my fight, she did it with Chantelle Cameron. Listen, I am Puerto Rican. No matter how many cuts, I will fight to the very end.

"I think 100% because she does it [uses head] in every fight. My first cut was with Katie Taylor. She did it with Chantelle Cameron. I've seen other fights where she uses her head, dirty. It is what it is."

  15. 'Another amazing show'published at 04:22 Greenwich Mean Time

    Taylor wins by unanimous decision

Undisputed light-welterweight champion Katie Taylor, speaking on Netflix: "It's very hard to tell during the fight. I knew it was an absolute slug fest in there, an absolute war. Thank God I came out on the winning side.

"Thank you to Amanda, she's a fantastic champion. I think we agreed to 12, three minute rounds in our next fight. The triple is on.

"That's what a boxer does. We train to be able to recover from those punches. She's a hard puncher. A very tough warrior. I was prepared for that. I don't care if the commentary team or the crowd disagree with the result. The only ones who matter are the judges around the ring. So thank God.

"I definitely didn't agree with the point deduction. I certainly wasn't fighting dirty. Sometimes it gets rough in there.

"This is an amazing moment for women's boxing. We put on another amazing show."

    Taylor v Serrano 2

Taylor and Serrano both walked away with their arms held in the air after the final bell.

    This is tough to call.

Many felt Serrano won the first bout due to the wealth of punches she threw, but it went Taylor's way due to her accuracy and efficiency.

It's a similar picture here but Taylor has, of course, been deducted a point.
