1. Dream comes true for Cacacepublished at 21:41 British Summer Time 18 May

    Cacace beats Cordina by stoppage

Anthony Cacace is buzzing in the ring and who can blame him? He's come into this fight a huge underdog and he's now been named as the new IBF super-featherweight champion of the world.

    Dream = achieved.

  2. Cacace stops Cordinapublished at 21:38 British Summer Time 18 May
    Breaking

    Cacace beats Cordina by stoppage

The referee has decided enough is enough and he waves it off with Cordina taking far too much damage.

Cordina never truly recovered from the knockdown in round three and Cacace was throwing huge punches up until round eight.

It's the first loss of Cordina's professional career and that will hurt!

  4. Round sevenpublished at 21:35 British Summer Time 18 May

    Cordina v Cacace

Cordina is taking all sorts of punishment as he spends the majority of the round on the ropes taking blows.

Every so often, Cordina lands one of his own but it isn't enough to deter Cacace, who is consistently landing massive shots.

Hard to see this one going the distance but I've been wrong many times before!

  5. Round sixpublished at 21:31 British Summer Time 18 May

    Cordina v Cacace

Cordina was gone in the final 10 seconds of that round after being caught with a huge right hook and uppercut.

The legs are gone and he's saved by the bell.

Cordina looks to be in huge trouble here.

David from Taunton, Somerset and Tom in Cambridgeshire - you are the new joint leaders - both coming in with 20 out of 23!

We're getting close to a full house here.

I'll reveal the full list after this contest between Joe Cordina and Anthony Cacace, which by the way is a cracker, comes to an end.

  7. Round fivepublished at 21:27 British Summer Time 18 May

    Cordina v Cacace

I definitely had this one down to go the whole way but it looks like Cordina and Cacace have other ideas!

Cordina has recovered well but Cacace looks so dangerous when throwing his power punches.

Cacace lands a great left of his own on the chin of Cordina.

Round five goes to Cacace I'd say.

  8. Round fourpublished at 21:23 British Summer Time 18 May

    Cordina v Cacace

Cordina grits his teeth and digs in as the legs look to have recovered, for now.

Cacace threw huge punches in round three and looks like he's blowing a little bit as Cordina lands a beautiful left hook to the head.

Really good response from Cordina, who looked in massive trouble just three minutes ago.

    Cordina v Cacace

WOW! How has Cordina survived the round?

Unbelievable stuff from Cacace, who caught Cordina hard after the referee called break. That punch was the first to rock Cordina.

Then a left hook and uppercut did the damage and down went the champion but he somehow survived.

  13. Round twopublished at 21:14 British Summer Time 18 May

    Cordina v Cacace

Better from Cacace as he lands an overhand right on the head of Cordina.

That punch seemed to have woken Cordina up and he lands more body shots that Cacace takes well.

Hard to say who took that round, both are still finding their feet in the fight.

    Cordina v Cacace

Both men look in great shape as Cordina fires in a sharp right to the body in the opening 30 seconds.

A chess match of a first round sees Cacace eat a couple of heavy blows to the body with Cacace throwing one back of his own.

Cordina looks to have settled the better of the two in this opening round.
