  2. Fury giving nothing awaypublished at 17:39 Greenwich Mean Time

    Usyk v Fury 2

It has been a bizarre couple of days but we should be used to it now.

This evening's lengthy face-off is bound to be just one of many talking points this week.

On Wednesday, Tyson Fury turned up for his open workout in front of expectant members of the public and decided not to throw a single punch, despite putting his gloves on.

I'm curious about what Friday's talking point will be.

You can never really predict how these news conferences will play out but an 11 minute and 20 second face-off would have been right at the bottom of my list.

The actual news conference itself was pretty well mannered.

Fury was not keen on too much talking, while Usyk was Usyk - to the point.

    And breathe.

They will be facing off for one final time after tomorrow's weigh-in.

I'm starting think I might have to cancel any plans I had for the evening if they repeat that.

    That was interesting.

Official time for that face-off... 11 minutes and 20 seconds!

They have been separated by at least a good five yards now.

Fury is yelling some final jibes in Usyk's direction before eventually heading off stage.

Usyk retreats to the stairs and stands with his arms aloft like he has been announced as the winner.

Now it's starting to get a bit more heated and Fury's eyes are bulging.

He's being pulled away while Usyk remains in the same position.

    It's almost done.

  18. Postpublished at 17:06 Greenwich Mean Time

Now there is a bit of chat between the two.

Fury is nodding, Usyk is shaking his head.

I've got the work Christmas party to get to tonight. Someone bring this to an end!

It seems that is the case for WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman too.

He's trying to convince them to part ways but they are both refusing.

There is no sign of it boiling over or any aggression. Just emotionless stares.
