I think Eubank has got it absolutely right - a very high right guard and he's blocking any straight right hands from Benn.

Most of the punches from Benn have been swings - once or twice he let the left jab go and it seemed to work. Smart boxing.

They charge to the centre - it's nearly 1,000 days since the first fight was announced - and you can feel the pent up aggression from both sides.

Benn bobs up and down, Eubank stands up tall and waits to strike on the counter.

Benn lunges forward and lands with a right but it lacks power before Eubank catches Benn on the way in with a left hook.

A one-two lands from Benn and draws a reaction from the crowd.

Off we go!

An intense stare down as the fighters meet in the middle and are urged to touch gloves by referee Victor Loughlin.

They refuse and head back to their respective corners.

Loughlin pulls them back and forces them to do it.

British heavyweight Derek Chisora: "The smart money is on Eubank. He had fights when Benn was on holiday. But I'm friends with Benn, he comes to my house so my money is on him. I'm 50-50 but I'll go with Benn because I want him to win because of his family and legacy."

Former cruiserweight world champion Johnny Nelson: "I'm saying Eubank because he had more consistency in his career. Benn's style is so ferocious and attacking, that should suit Eubank in the first six rounds."

Light-heavyweight Anthony Yarde: "If Benn wins it is because he goes in with controlled aggression and detonates when he needs to. If Benn hurts Eubank then he is good at finishing. If Eubank wins then it's being himself but an aggressive version of himself. He needs to be switched on - the version we saw in his second fight against Liam Smith. Eubank is a world-class operator and he has shown that."

There are also boos for Chris Eubank Jr, albeit not as loud.

Eubank also lets his hands go in the corner as his father Chris Eubank Sr stands and looks off into the distance.

Now for the fighters to be introduced.

Resounding boos for Conor Benn.

He tries to close it out by shadow boxing and is urged to calm down by his father - is the adrenaline getting too much?

A huge cheer as ring announcer Michael Buffer urges the crowd to show their appreciation for former world champions Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank Sr.

Chris Eubank Jr has shown his quality with wins over former world champions Arthur Abraham, James DeGale and Liam Smith.

But he is fully aware that a defeat against Conor Benn could end up defining his 14-year career.

"There's so much at stake - respect, family, pride, money and my career. I said it: if I lose I retire. That is a horrible thing to say and to know but it's the truth," Eubank told BBC Sport.

Eubank has fallen short at the elite level - failing to lay his hands on a world title after losing his only challenge against George Groves.

Despite that, Eubank remains one of British boxing's biggest draws, selling out arenas and earning seven-figure paydays.

"I love being a fighter. I love training. I love competing. I love testing myself mentally and physically," he says.

"This is my life. On April 27th, I don't want to wake up and say it's done. I really don't."

Light-heavyweight Lyndon Arthur: "I think Benn's going to come out and he might shock Eubank. He could get caught coming in though."

Cruiserweight Cheavon Clarke: "I'm on the fence. Maybe a draw."

Former light-middleweight world champion Liam Smith: "I find it hard to pick a winner, I won't be surprised with either result. I do edge towards Benn winning on points."

Eubank's promoter Ben Shalom: "I think Eubank wins by knockout. It will be a frantic first two or three rounds and then it will calm down and Eubank will take over. A knockout in round six."

Streamer IShowSpeed [Darren Watkins] and YouTuber KSI [Olajide Olatunji] are in the building.

The latter is no stranger to boxing in front of massive crowds.

Another nod to his father as Eubank Jr leaps over the top rope and starts shadow boxing.

It sounds so good.

The Eubanks stop at the top of the rank and soak up the atmosphere.

There are some boos but it's also hard to pick them apart from shouts of "Euuuubaaank".
