Summary

  1. Eubank's incredible ringwalkpublished at 21:10 GMT 15 November

    Eubank v Benn 2

One of the many things I thought was absolutely magnificent in the first fight was Chris Eubank Jr's ringwalk with his father by his side.

I've no idea how he's going to top that tonight.

  2. Catterall v Essuman - round sevenpublished at 21:08 GMT 15 November

    Richie Woodhall
Former boxing world champion on BBC Radio 5 Live

10 out of 10 for effort for Essuman, but he just can't find a way through Catterall.

  3. Crawford wishes Eubank luckpublished at 21:06 GMT 15 November

    Eubank v Benn 2

The three-time undisputed champion Terence Crawford is in Chris Eubank Jr's changing room, wishing him luck before this huge rematch.

They share a trainer, of course.

Pretty sure I've just spotted someone having a cup of tea at ringside. Can't say I've ever seen that before but I'm all for it.

  5. Is Joshua v Paul going to happen?published at 21:03 GMT 15 November

Eddie Hearn has more on Anthony Joshua's future. Is this a message to Jake Paul as well?

"We have a lot of plans for Joshua's future. He wants to regain the world heavyweight championship, he wants to fight Fury, let the man do his work," Hearn says.

"I'll keep quiet because I have a big mouth, and hopefully we can see the fight everyone in here wants to see."

  6. Joshua fighting in February? AJ v Fury in September?published at 21:00 GMT 15 November

Saudi Arabian and boxing powerbroker Turki Alalshikh has just been on the DAZN broadcast, suggesting some big fights are on the way…

    • Anthony Joshua to fight in February in Saudi Arabia
    • ‘Big event’ in April in Manchester or London
    • ‘One of great fights in boxing history’ in September in London

He wouldn’t say if the September fight might be Anthony Joshua v Tyson Fury, but it certainly fits the bill.

But we’re also not sure if Joshua fighting in February might mean he’s not fighting Jake Paul next month? Although unlikely that would take much out of him!

  7. Round fivepublished at 20:59 GMT 15 November

    Catterall v Essuman

    Steve Bunce
Boxing expert on BBC Radio 5 Live

If you'd had said to me tonight that Catterall was going to slowly take Essuman apart, cut him over the eye and the nose, then drop him and leave him on the floor, I'd have said there was something wrong with you.

    Catterall v Essuman

A massive straight left from Jack Catterall lands flush on the nose of Ekow Essuman and it drops him end of fourth round.

Essuman beats the 10 count but he's got blood pouring from his face now!

  12. Eubank and Benn make weight under rehydration clausepublished at 20:49 GMT 15 November

    Eubank v Benn 2

Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn both made the middleweight limit of 11st 6lb on Friday morning, with both men at 11st 5lb.

There is a rehydration clause - neither man could put on more than 10lb between Friday's weigh-in and Saturday morning.

    Friday weights:

    • Eubank - 11st 5lb
    • Benn - 11st 5lb

On Saturday, Eubank was 0.1lb under the rehydration limit, with Benn adding seven pounds over the past 24 hours.

Arsenal legend Thierry Henry is in the house!

Fair to say he's behind enemy lines at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

  14. 'Eubank is going to be better prepared'published at 20:44 GMT 15 November

    Eubank v Benn 2

    Shane McGuigan
    Boxing coach to BBC Sport

I think Eubank is going to be better prepared. Conor Benn couldn't have done a better job in preparing himself for that first fight. He says he's going to control his emotions - he can't. He's a hothead. I think Eubank in the coming days will get under his skin enough. He should and I want him to win. I want him to be able to box the distance and I think he might get to him late.

  15. Who is Eubank's trainer Bomac?published at 20:42 GMT 15 November

    Eubank v Benn 2

The key difference for Chris Eubank Jr in this fight second time around, is the addition of Brian 'Bomac' McIntyre to his corner.

Bomac trained Eubank for his win over Liam Smith but couldn't be in his corner in April because of other commitments.

He is, of course, the trainer of pound-for-pound king Terrance Crawford.

  16. Bellew's Verdictpublished at 20:39 GMT 15 November

Eubank v Benn 2 - did we need a rematch?

    Tony Bellew
Retired world champion and DAZN pundit

I got into this with Carl Froch the other day. It was an outstanding fight - it was never 8-4 fight in rounds - it was really close. Everyone was thrilled by the fight. It was unbelievable to watch and non-stop from start to finish. Froch told me 'we don't need to see this again' and I said 'don't you want to see great fights?'

*we'll be hearing more from Tony Bellew through the night now so watch out for more!

  19. Essuman eyes Catterall scalppublished at 20:31 GMT 15 November

    Catterall v Essuman

Tonight's co-main event is the welterweight fight between Chorley's Jack Catterall and Nottingham's Ekow Essuman.

This isn't officially a world title eliminator but a victory for either man will put them right in the frame.

"I've been building, I've been getting better, smarter, I've been getting more crafty, sneakier and more cerebral," Essuman told BBC East Midlands.

"I've been hitting harder and hitting faster, I'm being more vicious and have more intent. I'm ready."
