Scotland now face tournament hosts Thailand on Tuesday.
The Wildcats, who defeated Papua New Guinea by eight wickets on Saturday, can make the semi-finals if they finish in the top two of Group A, but currently trail PNG - who also have one win and one loss from two games - on net run rate.
In Sunday's other Group A game, PNG beat Thailand by seven wickets.
The top two teams in the eight-strong qualifying tournament will progress to next year's Women's World Twenty20 in India, with Ireland leading Group B with two wins from two.
