Unfortunate for Will Smeed, who was trying to take on a back of the length delivery.

It is a great running backward catch from Matthew Potts.

Will Smeed hit a half-century against Oval Invincibles on Tuesday but he doesn't last long here!

The Phoenix opener goes for a big one but doesn't get enough on it.

Matthew Potts has to make up a lot of ground from mid-on to take a difficult catch and send Smeed back to the dugout.

    193 runs needed

New Zealand's Jacob Duffy is opening the bowling for Superchargers.

I think Superchargers played exceptionally well. They got out the blocks, and then you had Dawid Malan who was going to be the glue of the innings and everyone else did their job around him.

Superchargers are looking to go top of The Hundred men's standings here, with what could be their third win in four games.

Phoenix, meanwhile, have posted just one win in their first three games and are level on four points with Welsh Fire and Manchester Originals at the bottom of the table.

Northern Superchargers opener Zak Crawley: "I love batting here. It is a great pitch and a rapid outfield. Happy with that score, slightly above par.

"I knew they had good opening bowlers, I thought I would have a look and then have a good go at the back of the powerplay - thankfully I was able to do that.

"Dawid Malan played great. He stayed calm and batted beautifully in the middle there.

"We are pretty happy with that score, but we have got to bowl well."

    Thanks, Tim.

Northern Superchargers did not cross that 200-mark but 193 is still a huge score, you feel.

Birmingham Phoenix will have their work cut out to collect the four points here.

This is a brilliant effort by the Superchargers.

There's been some really good firepower in their batting, but Phoenix are no strangers to a chase and we know what an attack they have as well.

We know what they're capable of, and we'll find out soon if 193 was enough.

That was a very well judged catch by Will Smeed. Very good awareness of where that rope is. It was coming fast and hard and he comfortably took the catch.

What a brilliant pickup shot that was by Dan Lawrence.

Held his position and dismissed it into the western terrace.

The Superchargers are on the charge to 200.

This is brutal striking here from Harry Brook. That was absolutely monstrous. He flicks it over and it goes about ten rows back into the western terrace.

More inventive strokeplay from Harry Brook to Chris Wood.

First he sweeps him from outside off for four, then whips him over the boundary at mid-wicket for six.
