Tryon was found to have “used an audible obscenity."

The incident occurred in the 44th over of England’s first innings on Sunday, when Tryon used inappropriate language after being struck for a boundary.

Tryon admitted the offence and accepted the sanction so there was no need for a formal hearing.

Level 1 breaches carry a minimum penalty of an official reprimand, a maximum penalty of 50% of a player’s match fee, and one or two demerit points.

Sune Luus is looking comfortable against the spinners here and her Test record reflects this. Across her career she averages an impressive 90 against spin bowling, but just 24 against pace. Another burst from Filer may be the answer if she is up to it.

Beautiful timing from Marizanne Kapp, she picks up the length very quickly.

  14. SA 190-3published at 59 overs

Marizanne Kapp patiently defends a Sophie Ecclestone over until she's finally given one slightly fuller from the England left-arm spinner, and drills it through the covers for four.

Charlie Dean switches to round the wicket, hoping to make something happen with a change of angle.

However, there's a couple of horror balls in there. The first is a half-tracker which is swatted away by behind square.

Later in the over Dean repeats the delivery and the ball beats everything and scurries away for four byes.

You've got to credit Ecclestone for how she's adapted. Not only has she got that consistency, she's also got it in her variations. She'll bowl at that notepad on the floor but her pace will change so much and she'll still hit the target. That's why she's the best in the world.

And you're backed up with Charlie Dean and Sarah Glenn. England have a good unit.

  19. SA 178-3published at 57 overs

Some good change ups from Sophie Ecclestone, who varies her pace, lengths and tosses a couple up. Neither Sune Luus nor Marizanne Kapp take the bait, though.

  20. SA 177-3published at 56 overs

Charlie Dean not quite carrying the same level of threat as Sophie Ecclestone, however. Sune Luus pings her fourth ball through the covers for four.

Dean's five overs have cost 21 runs so far.
