    Target 179

Tammy Beaumont and Amy Jones have made their way to the middle under the lights.

England are chasing 179. They should be capable of doing it but the pitch has been turning.

England bowled a whopping 211 dot balls in Bangladesh's innings by my reckoning.

Anyway, Matthew Henry is on hand to talk you through England's reply.

He's just offered some grapes to us all. What a gentlemen.

Greg: From 121-6 after 41 to 178-10 is a good comeback from Bangladesh to be fair. Over to the England batters.

England spinner Charlie Dean: "The ball came out nice and as I got into my spell, I became more confident. Lots of turn and bounce from the wicket. It was good fun.

"It was about adjusting lines and not bowling too wide, but also keeping the stumps in play. I changed my speed too to initiate some turn from the wicket.

"I work on getting some turn when needed and that helped me today."

On England's spin attack: "It is amazing. We work so well as a spin quartet and all bring different things. Linsey [Smith] will be buzzing with today and Alice Capsey will be happy too.

"It looks a hard pitch so our batters will have to dig in. We need to bat long to tick these runs off."

That was something of a recovery from Bangladesh thanks to Rabeya Khan. Nobody else could really get going however, they were stifled by England.

A superb cameo from Rabeya Khan who finished with 43* (28).

It is just the second time a Bangladesh batter has scored over 20 runs at better than a run-a-ball in World Cups.

    Meghla c Sciver-Brunt b Smith 1 (Ban 178 all out)

Sanjida Akter Meghla duly chips Linsey Smith into the hands of Nat Sciver-Brunt to bring the Bangladesh innings to a conclusion.

Rabeya Khan finishes with an unbeaten 43 off 27 balls.

Why on earth was she batting down at number nine?

This has been an incredible innings from Rabeya Khan when you compare it to the other batters.

I don't understand why Bangladesh are taking the singles however - they need to keep her on strike.

  14. Ban 178-9published at 49.3 overs

Rabeya Khan follows it with a four, sweeping Linsey Smith through fine leg.

However, she has a bit of a brain fade taking a single rather than keeping the strike with three balls left.

Where has Rabeya Khan been? Bangladesh are showing that there are runs to be had if you are proactive.

Alice Capsey hits Sanjida Akter Meghla on the pad with the final ball of the over.

With two reviews left, England take a look. More in hope than expectation.

Alice Capsey has bowled a lot of short balls and got away with it but Bangladesh are getting some valuable runs from her now.
