There's been a lot of talk about which team can compete with India and we've forgotten about South Africa and Australia a bit. But New Zealand have been the team we've all spoken about, so this could well be a taster of the final.

We do need to see how New Zealand match up against a strong India side.

  10. Win or lose?published at 08:49 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

The equation is fairly simple - whoever wins this game will face Australia in the last four, with the losers taking on South Africa.

    Who would you rather play?!

  11. 'We were going to bat'published at 08:47 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

India captain Rohit Sharma: "We were going to bat first anyway, we want to see what we can do up front and then challenge our bowlers later in the match.

"The approach is very similar, we want to win the game and do things right. We will be focused on that, we want to do things which will be useful for us in the coming games.

"In both games so far we have picked up wickets which is a good sign, our spinners have played their role and restricted the opposition, it's about bowling in partnership."

  12. 'We want to see if we can put pressure on'published at 08:46 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

New Zealand captain Mitchell Santner: "We're going to have a bowl. It looks like a pretty good wicket. We've seen a couple of games here and let's see if we can put a bit of pressure on here.

"We still want to win. We want to play some good cricket. We know we're going to be in Lahore on a pretty different surface, so I think our job today is to do our job out here and see what happens.

"We've got one change, Daryl Mitchell comes in. Unfortunately, Devon Conway misses this one."
