No ground in England sees sixes hit more frequently in T20Is than today's venue, Bristol. Batters have hit a six every 11.5 deliveries across the three previous T20Is here, well above the average of 16.1 for T20Is in England in that timeframe.

England XI: Smith, Duckett, Buttler (wk), Brook (capt), Banton, Bethell, Jacks, Dawson, Carse, Rashid, L Wood.

West Indies XI: Lewis, Charles, Hope (capt & wk), Chase, Powell, Rutherford, Shepherd, Holder, A Joseph, Motie, Hosein

  5. Hosein arrives just in timepublished at 14:20 British Summer Time

As Shai Hope mentioned at the toss, spinner Akeal Hosein is in the West Indies line-up after visa issues delayed his arrival in the UK.

He landed in the country at 8am and hot-footed his way to Bristol.

Flying in is evidently preferable to slogging it from the north-east down to the south-west, which has taken its toll on Andre Russell, whom Hosein replaces in the line-up.

West Indies captain Shai Hope: "We'd have bowled first as well. Akeal [Hosein] is in for Andre Russell, who's struggling from the long travel yesterday.

"We've got to understand what the conditions throw at us today, it seems a little bit smaller in terms of dimensions. We've got to assess.

"We understand the brand of cricket we want to play, it's about doing it more consistently."

England captain Harry Brook: "We are going to have a bowl. We just fancy a chase. It is quite a bit different to Durham. The boundaries are a lot shorter. It is usually a good pitch.

"Luke Wood is in for Matthew Potts. Just a point of difference really. We want to have a look at Woody and the left-arm swing.

"It is obviously another good opportunity to win a series. It would be nice to win today."

  9. Good afternoonpublished at 14:14 British Summer Time

    Hello there.

Yesterday evening, England's women made it six wins out of six this summer, sweeping the ODI series against the West Indies as they had done the T20 campaign beforehand.

Today it's the turn of England's men to see if he can sustain their unbeaten summer - victory in the second T20 at Bristol would make it six wins this season and secure the series.

    Let's get on with it.
