Pakistan captain Muneeba Ali, speaking to Sky Sports: "It has been challenging.

"We are very much aware of the magnitude of the game and we want to play good enough cricket.

"We are not up to the mark in terms of batting - it is not how you approach T20 cricket and it is really embarrassing.

On belief in the team and her captaincy: "Belief should have been there. It is a good opportunity for me to learn as well.

"Obviously that's why we are here to learn and win. Everybody needs to step-up and everybody needs the confidence to win the last match."

  2. 'The thing about this Australian side is how much depth we've got'published at 17:43 British Summer Time

Australia vice captain Tahlia McGrath, on what she knows about the extent of captain Alyssa Healy's injury: "Not a lot. Calf, we'll assess the damage. There's a lot to process at the moment. I'm heartbroken for those two girls at the moment."

On Tayla Vlaeminck's injury: "She's had a really unlucky run of injuries and done some hard rehab. We'll know in the next few days.

"These conditions were best to chase on. Our bowlers have been unreal all tournament. It was a really good performance and then we were outstanding with the bat.

"It was exciting for us to get out there tonight. We played the conditions really well.

"The thing about this Australian side is how much depth we've got. Captaincy, wicketkeeping and batting. Yeah it's time to use it."

Having watched Pakistan today and against Sri Lanka I cannot see them beating New Zealand.

They have not arrived at the competition.

The big story from this match has to be Australia captain Alyssa Healy retiring hurt during her side's successful chase.

How bad is her injury? We'll be hearing from both captains next.

Australia have so much depth I imagine if Alyssa Healy is unavailable they will move Phoebe Litchfield to the top of the order and then move in Grace Harris.

Australia will find a way of filling that void.

Australia matcher hero Ashleigh Gardner who took 4-21: "It was nice conditions to be honest, there was a bit more bounce so that helps me the way I bowl. It was a clinical performance. Everyone who got the ball did a really good job."

On Tayla Vlaeminck's injury in the first over: "To see one of our mates go down like that is never nice to see.

"We're certainly feeling for her. She's in good spirits.

"I feel like I'm trending in the right direction. We know we have a really big challenge coming up next against India. We've had really good battles with them over the years."

Very comprehensive from Australia and very professional as they thrash Pakistan. They were good with the ball, good in the field and excellent with the bat.
