  1. Aus 129-4published at 19.3 overs

    Four more!

Ellyse Perry drills the third ball of Ayabonga Khaka's over down the ground for a much-needed boundary.

  2. Aus 124-4published at 19 overs

Of course, Perry slams the last ball of the over for four.

If there's one fielder that you are backing in that situation it's Tazmin Brits. I really cannot explain all of the dropped catches in this tournament.

    Aus 124-4

Add another to the dropped catches tally.

Ellyse Perry does try to get a wriggle on, launching the ball down the ground towards Tazmin Brits at long-off.

Brits has to cover some ground but she gets two hands to it, so in the end a pretty straightforward chance goes down. Agony for De Klerk, who has bowled very well here.

It's an interesting time now; at what point will Ellyse Perry decide to swing for the hills? She's so technically correct but at some point it will be more important for Australia to get a wiggle on.

  6. Aus 117-4published at 18.3 overs

Three singles to start the penultimate over.

Very good from Nadine de Klerk, can she finish it off?

The match could so easily be determined by what we see in the next 10 minutes or so...

  8. Aus 114-4published at 18 overs

Phoebe Litchfield finally breathes some life into Australia's innings.

She skips down the pitch and drives gloriously for a one-bounce four, before a slightly more agricultural thump over cover for the same result.

Ellyse Perry's job looks pretty simple, all of a sudden. Litchfield needs to face as many of these final 12 balls as possible.

It will be no bad thing to get a new batter out there. Phoebe Litchfield can be very dangerous, we know that she can take Australia to incredible totals so this will be nerve-wracking for South Africa.

  10. Aus 103-4published at 17 overs

The astonishingly-talented Phoebe Litchfield drives her first ball for four.

'She's got the bat upside down' - Mooney dismissed for 44 after bizarre run out

Beth Mooney's dive is not enough!

Marizanne Kapp charges down the pitch in her follow-through, swoops one-handed to throw down the stumps and Mooney is just short of her ground.

Mooney falls from 44 from 42 balls.

  12. Umpire reviewpublished at 16.5 overs

This could be a brilliant piece of work from Kapp in the field. Beth Mooney looks a bit concerned at this run out appeal.

    Big moment.

    Here's Marizanne Kapp's final over.

Australia are in a little bit of a pickle here. If they are going to get out of it, it needs to be now. Each over that goes by I think 'this is when they will go for it', but it's yet to happen.

  15. Aus 94-3published at 16 overs

    Oh, close!

Beth Mooney finally hits one to the ropes, just evading Marizanne Kapp's despairing dive at deep mid-wicket.

Time for Mooney to hit the accelerator?

Australia have only hit five boundaries in this innings so far.

South Africa have squeezed expertly. This is how they got rid of Tahlia McGrath a couple of overs ago.

  17. Aus 86-3published at 15 overs

Ellyse Perry is desperately searching for the boundary but can't quite find her timing, which is when you know a pitch might be more difficult.

A couple of nice-looking shots end up plinking in the outfield for twos.

Australia will have wanted 150 but this pitch seems a lot slower and more awkward than the games we have seen previously. Perhaps this is why we have seen a few bits of sloppy fielding from South Africa.

Australia have got six overs to go big.

It doesn't look like this is the same pitch used for West Indies' win over England the other day, so perhaps it is trickier than we are giving Australia credit for. Either way, it's been a perplexing approach from them.
