While we wait to get going, why not take a read of my colleague Matt Henry's chat with London Spirit's Kira Chathli.

The opener will be coming to the crease in the minute, and has enjoyed a strong tournament after initially not being drafted.

And it's not just cricket she's handy at.

Boxing, rock climbing, chemistry - she can do it all.

  2. Invincibles win toss and bowl first against Superchargerspublished at 14:21 British Summer Time 23 August

In the men's competition, Oval Invincibles can guarantee a place at least in the Eliminator if they beat Northern Superchargers today and they have decided to field first after winning the toss at Headingley.

Northern Superchargers, on the other hand, need to win both their remaining games to guarantee a place in the knockouts and they will have their work cut out today against an Invincibles side, who have lost just once in six matches.

Northern Superchargers: Zak Crawley, Dawid Malan, Dan Lawrence, Harry Brook (captain), Michael Pepper (wicketkeeper), David Miller, Samit Patel, Tom Lawes, Matthew Potts, Adil Rashid, Jacob Duffy.

Oval Invincibles: Will Jacks, Tawanda Muyeye, Jordan Cox, Sam Curran, Sam Billings (captain), Captain (wicketkeeper), Donovan Ferreira, Tom Curran, Jordan Clark, Gus Atkinson, Nathan Sowter, Jason Behrendorff.

We will be bringing you the major updates from this game as it happens, but if you want to catch ball-by-ball updates from it, do tune in to our live audio commentary on BBC Sounds here.

We've got TV coverage of both games from Lord's today, with the women's match on iPlayer (and on this page) and the men's game on both those platforms and BBC Two to boot.

Meanwhile we'll have updates in this live from the men's game between Northern Superchargers and Oval Invincibles.

    Speaking of which...

Will we have our first finalist this afternoon?

Southern Brave are unbeaten with six wins from six, and a win today means they can't be taken at the summit of the table.

That would send them to the final at this ground next weekend.

London Spirit, last season's winners, stand in their way.
