And it is a fiver-for for Linsey Smith on debut!

With the last ball of her spell she reaches the landmark as Cherry-Ann Fraser delivers a repeat of Jahzara Claxton's dismissal, pinging a shot to Sophia Dunkley at mid-wicket.

Plenty of celebration among the England ranks for that wicket, as Smith finishes with figures of 5-36.

  2. WI 199-7published at 40 overs

Charlie Dean returns and Aaliyah Alleyne fires her first delivery past a diving cover fielder and over the boundary ropes.

Three more singles from the rest of the over.

It is pleasing to know that England can do well without Sophie Ecclestone. Linsey Smith has come in and done incredibly well to step into those shoes.

  4. WI 192-7published at 39 overs

New batter Cherry-Ann Fraser fends the last two balls of Smith's over into the off side.

The England spinner has one over left.

Claxton got a big chunk in that, but Sophia Dunkley did very well with the sun in her eyes. England know they are going to win this game by a very big margin.

    Claxton c Dunkley b Smith 17 (WI 192-7)

Claxton caught in deep mid-wicket by Dunkley for 17

And now the debutant's fun is ended... by another ODI debutant.

Jahzara Claxton drops another powerful shot right onto Sophia Dunkley at mid-wicket.

Meanwhile Linsey Smith has 4-33 - enough time for a five-for on debut?

That was a very good looking shot from Claxton. It just shows that you can't switch off even though this game may seem done.

Kate Cross will be slightly disappointed, but they need to be more disciplined with this lower order.

  8. WI 189-6published at 38 overs

Well, Jahzara Claxton is determined to enjoy her debut.

The 19-year-old tonks the veteran Kate Cross over cover for four and then adds two further boundaries, a similar shot to the first and then one over mid-on having advanced down the pitch.

She moves to 17 from 13.

  9. WI 177-6published at 37 overs

Linsey Smith rattles through her eighth over, four runs from it.

The required run-rate is now exactly 13 an over, but I'm saying that mostly as a courtesy.

Pleased our batting is so strong, but the fielding still needs attention.

Kate Cross seems relieved about that wicket. That is the first wicket from a bouncer today, surprisingly.

Kate Cross embraces her team in the sunshine. It dropped safely into Amy Jones' hands.

Up in the air... and caught.

A bouncer from Kate Cross and Shabika Gajnabi top edges attempting the pull.

The ball spoons up and Amy Jones takes an easy catch.

Aaliyah Alleyne is hitting it powerfully this over. A little bit of impetus here from West Indies.

  16. WI 171-5published at 35 overs

Handy stuff from Aaliyah Alleyne, driving Linsey Smith through the covers for four then adding another boundary with a firm shot down the ground.

She moves to 15 from 11 deliveries.

  17. WI 161-5published at 34 overs

Another stinger as Shabika Gajnabi cracks the ball into the shins of Kate Cross, but again, the England seamer comes away seemingly without harm.

Just a single off the over.

  18. Not outpublished at 33.2 overs

    Hmm, no.

Aaliyah Alleyne isn't exactly swift getting back after the ball runs off her, but she's still easily back in the crease.

    A poor review from England.

  19. Umpire reviewpublished at 33.2 overs

    Chance of a stumping?

England think Aaliyah Alleyne has been slow getting back into her crease and are going to have a look.

It has been a good selection from Charlotte and Nat today. They could have Alice Davidson-Richards in the middle but she isn't bowling as well at the moment. So Alice Capsey has slotted in well, especially with the opposition having left-handers.
