Good response.
Usman and Iftikhar run well between the wickets but it's a precious boundary-less over.
The rain may be having an effect on the grip of the ball.
Liam Livingstone starts his second over with two wides.
Who'd wanna face this?

Brilliant strike. He's a very talented player.
Oooh, hello! Usman Khan has had enough of ticking the singles off Adil Rashid's metronomic accuracy.
Launched straight down the ground for six.
This is just what Pakistan needed after the rain break.
James Anderson
England bowler on BBC Two
I quite like that ploy from Mark Wood, going for the yorker straight after the break to see if the batter is alert.
Oh, fair enough. He guides another for four, again flying off the bat.
Usman has 21 off 11, joined by Iftikhar Ahmed who has five.
Here we go!
Poor Usman Khan has two balls of Mark Wood's ferocious over to contend with.
Frustration for England, too, who were on a bit of a roll.
Feast your eyes on some vintage Adil Rashid while we wait.

The covers are coming off already - cue cheers from the crowd.
And there we have it!
Play will resume in just under 10 minutes' time.
I don't think they'll be off for too long. Alex Hartley has just confirmed for us that it has pretty much stopped.
The crowd will also be pretty frustrated - they want to see more of this.

The England players don't look too happy.

To be fair to the umpires, they've kept them out there for as long as possible.
And it becomes too heavy.
Off we go.

The drizzle has got a bit heavier in the last few minutes.

That's pinged. The timing on that from Iftikhar and it's flown to the boundary.
But with pace comes the risk that the ball simply flies off the bat, even if you don't know where it's going.
Iftikhar Ahmed guides one down to deep third for a boundary to get off the mark. There was a fielder down there but it went absolutely racing to the ropes.
Oh, and it's raining, unfortunately. They're staying out for now.
James Anderson
England bowler on BBC Two
Brilliant ball from Mark Wood. He's really targeted the short ball this over. Right on the money and so quick.
