    Harleen Deol's job is not to go big early; there is plenty of time in the India innings. She can afford to take her time, get settled in and then go big later on. It is also a very good opportunity for Australia here.

    Sophie Molineux has had a tough time today, but she gets the breakthrough of Smriti Mandhana. This was desperately needed by Australia. On very few occasions have they been challenged, but they certainly were by these Indian opening batters.

    Smriti Mandhana heaves a beleaguered Sophie Molineux into the leg side with a slog sweep but cannot quite the distance this time and Phoebe Litchfield manages to hold the catch.

    A blistering innings from the India opener, off 66 balls, comes to an end.

    Perhaps a touch of over confidence but given how she played you cannot fault Mandhana - she's got India off to an absolute flyer here.
