As long as Jones stays there, he'll get used to the pace of the surface. If you can ride your luck, you can score.

Namibia will be disappointed, they've given Scotland a bit of momentum at the end of the powerplay.

  5. 6 runs

    Sco 43-1published at 5.5 overs

And now a thick inside edge goes away for four - streaky.

This is far more convincing from Jones though, as he runs down the pitch and belts Lungameni over extra cover for the first six of the chase.

    Shot of the day.

  6. Sco 33-1published at 5.3 overs

A leading edge from Brandon McMullen skews away past point, and the Scottish pair scamper through for three.

You can become obsessed with hitting boundaries during the powerplay, but sometimes you just have to take your medicine and run twos.

  9. Sco 25-1published at 4.4 overs

Scotland are really struggling to get David Wiese away here.

The pitch looks a bit two paced - it's not easy.

Brandon McMullen is in at three for Scotland, and he safely negotiates the final ball of Lungameni's over.

You could sense the frustration of Munsey, he was trying to manufacture space at the crease to get it into the on side but Namibia went wider and wider.

He chopped across and didn't time it.

  12. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 3.5 overs

    Munsey c Wiese b Lungameni 7 (Sco 23-1)

Munsey never got going today and he mistimes one straight to David Wiese at mid-off.

    An early blow for Scotland.

  13. Sco 19-0published at 3.1 overs

Tangeni Lungameni is into the attack for Namibia, and is met with a huge swing and a miss by George Munsey.

That might have gone in the sea had he connected.

  14. Sco 19-0published at 3 overs

Michael Jones skips down and deposits Trumpelmann over mid-off for a one-bounce four.

A lovely shot from the Durham man.

Trumpelmann is giving Scotland all of their runs just about. Six off the bat, seven extras from Trumpelmann.

This is becoming a real problem now. Namibia's strike-bowler is nullifying himself.

He's having a chat with Wiese who is coming across for some moral support.

  17. Sco 14-0published at 2.3 overs

Ruben Trumpelmann is firing down some really poor deliveries down the leg side.

  18. Sco 10-0published at 2 overs

    A single finishes the over.

  19. Sco 9-0published at 1.5 overs

David Wiese has conceded just one from his first five deliveries.

A good start from Namibia's wily old fox.

Yeah, well I ordered a pizza in Matthew, so who's really winning?

It's the one in Barbados, isn't it...
