    Drummers

I’ve come to watch the game from the stands for a while.

There’s a great atmosphere, and the Greenidge and Haynes stand along one side of the ground is really quite full.

These drummers are making quite the racket too.

Scotland will be very happy with this comeback.

You have to hunt wickets throughout a T20 game, because that's what slows teams down.

  3. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 18.1 overs

    Trumpelmann c Wheal b Currie (140-8)

Trumpelmann tries to slog Currie over square leg but it doesn't have the distance and the wickets are tumbling all round.

From 135-5 to 140-8 - it's been a real collapse from what was an okay position.

    Another Solanke-esque celebration from Scotland's fantasy-football expert.

Zane Green has to drag himself off there.

  5. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 17.5 overs

    Green c Jones b Wheal 28 (Nam 138-7)

A seventh wicket falls for Namibia.

Green tries to chip it back down the ground, a nothing shot, and it was simple for Michael Jones in the covers.

How quickly this game can change, eh?

With the wind swirling, that's a top catch from Mark Watt.

He would have known how important a wicket that is for Scotland when that ball went up.

  7. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 17.2 overs

    Wiese c Watt b Wheal 14 (Nam 137-6)

That's a huge wicket for Scotland to snatch.

Wiese sliced that delivery high into the sky, and Mark Watt did well to follow it all the way into his hands.

  8. Nam 135-5published at 17 overs

Zane Green ends the over with a fine four, switching his legs around to reverse scoop the ball to the rope. An expensive over for Scotland and Mark Watt.

    Green looks full of confidence.

That's the biggest part of the ground but he connects really well.

    A very good shot.

  10. 6 runs

    Nam 129-5published at 16.2 overs

Zane Green is getting in on the act. This time it's Mark Watt who has to watch his delivery get swatted for a maximum.

Green gets down on one knee and hammers it over square leg.

  11. 6 runs

    Nam 122-5published at 16 overs

Chris Greaves is back and almost takes a wicket with his first delivery. David Wiese swings wildly and the ball just eludes Matthew Cross behind the stumps.

Three balls later, Wiese dispatches the ball high, high, over Greaves and the boundary rope. It's massive, it is.

  12. Nam 113-5published at 15 overs

Three off the first four balls, before Chris Sole bowls the widest of wides. Erratic in the extreme.

Just had a little-close up of Richie Berrington's cheek there. I'd say there's some decent swelling there.

Green swats the fifth away as it bounces up to his nose.

  13. Nam 106-5published at 14 overs

The main man is in - David Wiese. He takes a quick single off his hips to end the over.

Erasmus' fine innings has certainly got Namibia back into a decent position.

That one got some serious turn and bounce.

  15. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 13.5 overs

Erasmus st Cross b Leask 52 (Nam 106-5)

Fifty and out for the Namibia skipper. He goes the very next ball.

He went for a little wander down the wicket, Leask tossed it up, and Cross whipped the bails off before Erasmus had time to spin around.

  16. 50 runs

50 for Gerhard Erasmuspublished at 13.4 overs

    Nam 106-4

After Namibia tick over three figures, Erasmus reaches the half ton with a huge slog off Michael Leask.

He's absolutely battered that. Brad Currie chased it but it was long over the rope.

  17. Nam 97-4published at 12.5 overs

Mark Watt is back on, as part of Scotland's well-balanced attack.

Gerhard Erasmus cuts away the fourth delivery brilliantly. He's more known for his bowling but his batting has been superb so far.

I've just heard that Rihanna grew up down the road. Hallowed turf indeed.

  18. Nam 90-4published at 12 overs

Michael Leask is next on for a bowl, although worryingly for Scotland Brad Currie is off for a chat to the physio.

There's a big appeal from Leask on his fifth delivery, but it's not taken up by any of his teammates. His next ball is laced for four and Erasmus marches towards 50.

  19. Nam 83-4published at 11 overs

Thanks, George, I think? Anyway, Matthew Cross has taken a sore one.

Zane Green edged that but Cross is close behind the stumps that he had no time to react, with the ball striking him on the collar bone.

He's made of tough stuff though, and sees out the over.

  20. Nam 83-4published at 11 overs

More really tidy stuff from Currie.

I'll hand over to the Trinity Alan Partridge, Andrew Petrie, who will guide you through the rest of this Namibia innings.
