Tidy stuff from the Sussex left-armer, who concedes just two singles from his first over.
Meanwhile, in Dallas, USA need 20 from 11 balls for a shock win over Pakistan.
What a result that would be!
Plinked to mid-on for a single.
Brad Currie will open up from the other end.
Wheal just oversteps from the next ball though, so Namibia will have a free hit.
Nearly another for Scotland, as Jan Frylinck edges his second ball just past George Munsey at slip.
Brad Wheal is bowling beautifully here.
Namibia 0-1 (0.3 overs)
JP Kotze is gone, caught by McMullen from the bowling of Wheal.
Pull shot straight to midwicket.
What a start for Scotland!
The national anthems are done and we are about to get under way.

BBC Sport in Barbados
Hello from Bridgetown. There's a bagpiper outside the ground bringing a taste of Scotland to Barbados...
Scotland, unsurprisingly, are unchanged from Tuesday's game against England.
Scotland captain Richie Berrington tells Sky Sports: "We were tempted to bat first as well but we've got an opportunity with the ball early on to create pressure.
"Whatever we have to do on this wicket we aim to do it well.
[On the game v England] "The guys who performed in the middle did well so that's a positive to take. Today is a new day, a different challenge against a good Namibia team.
"Since we've arrived in the Caribbean, each ground has given us something slightly different so we have to adapt."
The news from the middle is that Namibia captain Gerhard Erasmus has won the toss and chosen to bat first.
Team news to come shortly.
Welcome to Kensington Oval in Barbados for the second match in Scotland's T20 World Cup campaign, as they take on Namibia
Richie Berrington's side impressed with the bat against England on Tuesday, but were left frustrated by the weather. Still, apoint leaves them well placed in Group B and they will want to build on that performance here.
You'll be glad to hear the sun is shining, so let's get to it...
