  1. Nep 40-5published at 9 overs

    Target 107

A poor first over from Shakib Al Hasan concedes six, as Dipendra Airee and Kushal Malla rotate the strike smartly.

They're not out of this yet.

Bangladesh are favourites on WinViz now, but it's not completely one-sided yet.

One partnership and Nepal will take control.

Even if Bangladesh lose this, it isn't going to be a big defeat with the way this game is shaping up so that is good news for them.

It also seems unlikely that the Netherlands will overhaul a target easily against Sri Lanka in the other game.

    Follow Sri Lanka v Netherlands.

  4. Nep 34-5published at 8 overs

    Target 107

Nepal's fans are still making plenty of noise and enjoying themselves, despite the score.

But Bangladesh are looking ruthless now. They want to get this done as quickly as possible.

  5. Nep 32-5published at 7 overs

Ha, Rishad Hossain starts with five wides but it's rather unlucky. The ball pitches on off stump but spins so sharply, it goes past the batter down the leg side and evades the keeper, too.

    Precious runs for Nepal.

It has been a brilliant, brilliant bowling performance from Tanzim Hasan.

Bangladesh will be looking to wrap this up pretty quickly.

Nepal, I'm afraid, are falling apart and it doesn't even look like it is going to be close.

  8. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 7 overs

    Jora c Rishad b Tanzim 1 (Nep 26-5)

And he has his fourth to finish the spell! Bangladesh are in complete control thanks to their young quick.

It's a carbon copy of the previous wicket, slashed straight to Rishad Hossain at gully as Sundeep Jora is rushed for pace and fends it off.

    Tanzim Hasan finishes with 4-7.

Agony for Nepal. They've had such a spirited, admirable World Cup but it's imploding here.

  9. Nep 25-4published at 6.4 overs

    Target 107

It's my first impression of Tanzim Hasan and wow, I like the look of him. He's only 21 so pretty raw with his pace but the signs are very promising, especially in partnership with Taskin Ahmed.

They'd be fun to watch in a Test match.

He pins Sundeep Jora in the ribs with some uneven bounce and that's a stinger.

Tanzim Hasan is going to bowl four on the trot, and that makes complete sense with the way he's performed.

  11. Nep 24-4published at 6 overs

    Target 107

If Bangladesh's batters can produce a performance at some point, they'll be a very tricky team to beat if they make the Super 8s. Their bowlers are doing a lot of the heavy lifting.

It hit his shoulder and then popped up. Shakib Al Hasan will claim he did that deliberately but it was a little bit of luck for Bangladesh really.

  13. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 5.4 overs

    Aasif c Shakib b Mustafizur 17 (Nep 24-4)

    That'll make him feel better!

Nepal are imploding in the face of some very accurate bowling from Bangladesh. Aasif Sheikh picks out Shakib Al Hasan at cover, who actually drops it on the first attempt before taking it on the rebound.

  14. Nep 24-3published at 5.1 overs

Oh, that's a stinker. Having just praised his bowling, Tanzim Hasan lets one through his legs at deep third and gifts Nepal a valuable boundary.

It's off Mustafizur Rahman's first ball too, and he's not best pleased.

  15. Nep 20-3published at 5 overs

    Target 107

It's Test match bowling from Tanzim and Taskin at this stage but why not, with the pitch helping them out so much.

Tanzim has stunning figures of 3-5 from his three overs.

That is an important wicket for Bangladesh because Nepal were just settling into the chase.

It feels like we've got a game on our hands.

Rohit Paudel will feel a little bit hard done by because he timed that beautifully but just picked out the fielder.

Tanzim has his third! The Nepal skipper departs for one.

It's a poor ball really, short and wide - but Rohit Paudel slices it straight to Rishad Hossain at gully. Well taken, as it was straight to him but his hard and fast.

Bangladesh's seam attack is very impressive. With more runs on the board or bowling first, they'll be a handful.

That is an absolutely beautiful shot. It's the most convincing shot of this innings.
