Nepal skipper Rohit Paudel chooses to bowl first, as has been tradition through most of this tournament.

His side are still searching for their first win, but have performed really admirably. They'll be desperate to end their World Cup campaign on a high, and the first job is done for Paudel.

Good morning! To those of you committing to cricket this hour, you have my full admiration.

There's one last place in the Super 8s at stake and it's Bangladesh and the Netherlands who are scrapping for it - but the Tigers are up first and are in the best position.

They just need to beat Nepal this morning to qualify, but if they lose, it opens the door for the Netherlands who play Sri Lanka at 1:30 BST.
