  1. Eng 39-3published at 6 overs

    Target 163

While Danni Wyatt-Hodge is moving to leg, Heather Knight is going the other way.

She gets across to off and pulls Megan Schutt just backward of square for the second boundary of the over.

England take nine from the last over of the powerplay but, three wickets down, they are still in trouble in Adelaide.

A wonderful strike from Danni Wyatt-Hodge. She stayed nice and still and got well outside leg-stump to heave it over extra cover for four.

England need to take some risks here and Wyatt-Hodge looks in good form, as she did in the last T20.

  3. Eng 34-3published at 5.1 overs

    Target 163

Thumped over the covers for four.

Super shot from Danni Wyatt-Hodge, who backed away to give herself room to ping Megan Schutt over the off side.

This is the seventh time England have lost three wickets inside the opening four overs of a T20I against Australia - interestingly they've won three and lost three of the previous six instances (all three wins 2015 and earlier).

  5. Eng 30-3published at 5 overs

    Target 163

Just a single from the first four balls of Darcie Brown's over but Heather Knight gets off the mark from the fifth.

Back of a length and Knight goes back and pulls through square leg for four.

A nice drive combined with a slight misfield help the England captain get two from the last.

    Target 163

We've just seen a HawkEye clip on the TV coverage that shows just how good that ball was from Annabel Sutherland.

Without that hint of movement, the ball was going to hit slap bang in the middle of Nat Sciver-Brunt's bat.

Instead, it nipped away just enough to beat the edge and hit the off peg.

Skipper Heather Knight is the new batter for England.

Annabel Sutherland is world-class. That ball nipped away off the seam to hit the top of off stump. That is what you practice in training and Sciver-Brunt couldn't do anything.

England are in all sorts of bother now.

    Bowled her! That's a beauty!

Very little that Nat Sciver-Brunt could do about that ball from Annabel Sutherland.

It's on a good length, pitching just outside off and going in on the angle before it just nips away off the surface to hit the top corner of off stump - as Sciver-Brunt goes back to defend.

Brilliant from Sutherland. England in all sorts of bother again.

Danni Wyatt-Hodge looks like she is going to try and hit England out of trouble.

She gives herself room to go off side and gets a thick outside edge off Annabel Sutherland that sends the ball to the boundary at deep third.

It's out of the middle of the bat next ball, though. Not much width but Wyatt-Hodge nails it through point for four more.

Alice Capsey's last five balls faced against Alana King in T20s: W, 1, W, dot ball, W.

  13. Eng 14-2published at 3 overs

    Target 163

Brilliant start for Alana King. It should come as no surprise because she is having a fantastic series.

Just two singles from it plus the wicket of Alice Capsey.

Normally the keepers appeal to hide the fact that the ball was a wide. We didn't think that Mooney actually believed Capsey had hit the ball.

It wasn't one of Alana King's best deliveries but she will take the wicket.

Alice Capsey wants to review the review. She is shaking her head and we can understand why. She has had a hard time with the bat this series.

What a night Beth Mooney is having!

Fantastic review because it is just the tiniest of under-edges from Alice Capsey, who looks on in disbelief as the small spike comes up on UltraEdge.

Capsey will feel a touch unfortunate to depart in that manner but she falls to Alana King again and, once again in this series, Australia seize control of a match.

I didn't hear anything on the bat but Mooney has had a good night so this could well be out.

A horrible way to go if she is out.

  18. Australia reviewpublished at 2.1 overs

    Eng 13-1

Wide given as an Alana King delivery slips down leg but Beth Mooney is convinced that Alice Capsey got something on it.

Was there some glove on it as Capsey went to sweep?

Tahlia McGrath calls for the review.

  20. Eng 12-1published at 2 overs

Just a further three singles from the over with Alice Capsey sprinting through for the last of them.

She had to as well because Phoebe Litchfield is on it again in the covers, picking up cleanly and have a shy at the stumps.

Australia are going to leg-spinner Alana King for the third over.
