All-rounder Chris Woakes says England have to "kick on" today - I don't think anyone would disagree with that.

“I never like to say we’re in front in a Test, because half an hour can go against us and we’re behind the game again.

“The fourth morning will be huge. If that partnership is extended to 150 or 200 then we’re taking the game away. If West Indies take quick wickets they will feel ahead again.”

    Hello there.

England got themselves out of a bit of a situation yesterday. Joshua Da Silva and Shamar Joseph had put on 71 for the final West Indies wicket, lifting their side to a 41-run first innings lead.

But the hosts dug in, in admittedly benign conditions - Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope and Harry Brook all made half-centuries, the latter resumes today alongside Joe Root with England's lead at 207.

Can they extend significantly in the first half of day four?
