Sir Bradley Wiggins has pulled out of the British Cycling National Track Championships on medical advice.
The Tour de France winner and four-time Olympic gold medallist has been suffering with a cold following the recent Tour Of Britain, British Cycling said.
Wiggins, 35, has returned to the track in a bid to win a place in the squad for next year's Olympic Games in Rio.
The championships take place in Manchester from 25 to 27 September.
The former BBC Sports Personality of the Year will now focus on next month's European Track Cycling Championships in Switzerland.
