BDO World Darts: Scott Waites and Tony O'Shea reach final

Scott Waites thrashed Richie George 6-1 to reach his first BDO World Championship final.
He will meet Tony O'Shea, who beat Wesley Harms 6-4 at Lakeside to reach his third final.
Waites said: "I was happy with the way the game went. I hit doubles early on - that put pressure on Richie."
O'Shea, who was runner-up in 2009 and 2012, said: "I've been in good form this week and I think there's still more in the tank."
Third seed Waites took advantage of a string of missed doubles from George to win the first 12 legs of the match on the way to a 5-0 lead.
George had to wait until the fifth set before he won a leg, and only briefly halted Waites in winning the sixth set.
"You have to bully your opponent and that's exactly what I did," said Waites, who had not previously made it past the quarter-finals at Lakeside.
George, son of the legendary Bobby, was in the last four on his first appearance at the venue.
"I couldn't be happier," said the 15th seed. "I had my chances and didn't take them, but Scott played brilliantly. It wasn't meant to be for me."
In the other semi-final, O'Shea looked to have let the game slip before storming back for what ultimately proved to be a comfortable win.
He could have taken a 5-2 lead but missed a bull and Harms pulled it back to 4-4. However the Stockport man said he was not worried at that point: "I was confident, I was playing well."
There was a moment of controversy in the ninth set when a shout from the crowd caused Harms to miss a possible checkout, allowing his opponent back in to claim the leg.
O'Shea apologised for that moment but did not allow the Dutchman another look in, with a succession of high scores as he quickly wrapped up the win.
"He came back and showed what quality he has got but I showed in the last two [sets] I'm not as old as everyone thinks I am," said O'Shea.
Harms was not too downhearted at losing to O'Shea for a second successive semi-final: "I'm proud of my performance," he said.
