It's a showstopper! Nathan's averaging 110.
Price 1-3 Aspinall
Reel it in, Nathan!
Aspinall leaves himself 170, Gerwyn Price isn't on a finish but that doesn't mean he isn't going to go for it.
Treble 20, treble 20, bullseye! Fantastic stuff.
Aspinall loves it and so do the crowd.
Price 1-2 Aspinall
Superb from The Asp!
Another 180 before he hits double eight for a 12-darter.
No sign of that shoulder issue bothering him as yet...
Price 1-1 Aspinall
Excellent response from Nathan Aspinall.
Shoulder injury or not, his scoring has been good.
After missing three for the last leg, Aspinall needs just one at double this time - a 14-dart break of throw.
Price 1-0 Aspinall
Wayne Mardle
Former World Championship semi-finalist on Sky Sports
Nathan is carrying a little shoulder injury. Of late he has been very hard to beat. He dominated that leg and it would have hurt.
Price 1-0 Aspinall
After a 180 leaves him tops, Nathan Apsinall proceeds to miss three darts for the opening leg.
That gives Gerwyn Price a sniff and he takes out 112, finishing on double top, to break.
The Welshman enjoyed that one!
Nathan Aspinall impressed in earning his first Premier League Darts night win last Thursday, but since then he has suffered some disappointment.
Damon Heta secured his first PDC title of 2025 with an 8-6 victory over Aspinall in the final of the 13th Players Championship event of the year on Monday night.
Australian number one Heta, 37, raced into a 4-1 lead before Aspinall rallied and at 6-6 the match was finely poised. Heta then edged a scrappy 20-dart leg before closing out the contest in more clinical fashion to finish with an average of 94.91 to Aspinall's 88.45.
Earlier, Dutchman Michael van Gerwen had suffered a surprise first-round defeat by Mario Vandenbogaerde.
Neither Luke Humphries nor Luke Littler took part.
Price v Aspinall
A slightly more subdued walk-on than usual from Nathan Aspinall tonight.
Possibly because he's struggling with a shoulder injury. We'll see how that affects him.
Well, I say that, he's now conducting the crowd as they sing Mr Brightside. Not so subdued after all.
Price v Aspinall
Nathan Aspinall is a man in form.
Victory in Manchester last week moved him back into the play-off places and he backed it up by making the final of Monday's Players Championship event.
The battle for the top four is incredibly tight, though, with Aspinall one of three players on 15 points and Rob Cross just three points back in sixth.
Ahead of Aspinall on nights won is his quarter-final opponent tonight, Gerwyn Price.
The Welshman had the whole crowd against him as he took on Luke Littler in Manchester last week but won them round with a brilliant nine-darter before falling to a 6-3 loss.
Every point is precious at this stage of the competition, whoever wins this will give their play-off hopes a big boost.
Result: Dobey 6-3 Humphries
Extremely impressive stuff from Chris Dobey.
He averaged 100.49 to Luke Humphries' below-par 90.17 and was 6-0 up on the 180s as well.
Add in a superior percentage on the doubles - 54.4% to 30% - and there was only going to be one winner.

Mark Webster
Former BDO world champion on Sky Sports
A brilliant display from Chris Dobey.
Dobey 6-3 Humphries
Chris Dobey wraps it up!
Double eight gets the job done and it was a comprehensive win in the end.
Luke Humphries started well but lost his head for a spell after throwing away the second leg.
He won't close the gap to Luke Littler tonight but Dobey's slim play-off hopes receive a boost.
Dobey 5-3 Humphries
Luke Humphries is still alive in this match.
He finds double 10 to close the gap but he needs to win the next three to avoid a quarter-final exit.
Dobey 5-2 Humphries
Chris Dobey is flying!
Luke Humphries was back at it in this leg but when he failed to take out a 120 checkout, Dobey was left with a chance of his own.
Treble 19, big 19 and then the bull for a 5-2 lead!
Dobey 4-2 Humphries
Mark Webster
Former BDO world champion on Sky Sports
He needs to give himself a shake now, Luke Humphries. He looks rattled.
Dobey 4-2 Humphries
Luke Humphries seems to have lost his focus over the past couple of legs.
With Chris Dobey applying the pressure with another maximum, the world number one rather frustratedly throws away a couple of darts.
Dobey is happy to take advantage and breaks with a 14-darter.
Dobey 3-2 Humphries
Chris Dobey finds his third 180 of the match at just the right moment.
Luke Humphries had found two treble 19s to put the pressure on but Dobey responded.
A slack couple of visits from Humphries means it's a comfortable hold in the end for Dobey.
Dobey 2-2 Humphries
Mark Webster
Former BDO world champion on Sky Sports
A couple of holds each, a couple of breaks. Steady start from both.
Dobey 2-2 Humphries
Luke Humphries levels it up with a solid leg on throw.
He misses double 16 for a 110 checkout but with Chris Dobey trailing by a distance, Cool Hand is able to come back to mop up on his next visit.
Dobey 2-1 Humphries
Superb leg from Chris Dobey.
Another 180 then two more treble 20s and a 12 to leave double 16.
He's back to get it at the second attempt and leads for the first time.
