  1. Dobey books his place in the final!published at 22:01 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February
    Breaking

    Dobey 6-4 Cross

Chris Dobey hits double eight once more and he is through to the final in Belfast!

A nervy leg much more in keeping with the start of the match than the latter stages Dobey finds the double with dart number 19 and that is good enough.

Frustration for Rob Cross, who misses a dart at tops to force a decider.

  2. Dobey gets 120 to breakpublished at 21:59 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February

    Dobey 5-4 Cross

Chris Dobey will throw for the match.

This game trundled along for quite some time but has been sparked into life.

Dobey hits a 120 out - the third ton-plus finish in as many legs - and has the darts with the chance to book his place in the final.

From nowhere, this match has come to life!

After Rob Cross' 132, Chris Dobey takes out 170.

Phenomenal stuff to level it up - and no wonder the crowd are up again!

    Dobey 3-4 Cross

    That's more like it!

Brilliant from Rob Cross. Treble 20, treble 20, double six for a 132 out.

Three legs on the spin for Cross.

It just seems a chore so far, this match - neither player near his best.

    Dobey 3-3 Cross

I'm not saying the start of this match dulled the crowd's enthusiasm but there is little more than a murmur as Rob Cross hits a 180.

It has not been a classic but whoever ends it as the winner will not care a jot.

Cross hits double 10 for a two-dart finish on 77. Much better from him and we're all square again.

    Dobey 3-2 Cross

That's one leg back for Rob Cross.

He needs three goes at double 16 but finds it eventually.

An important hold for the former world champion.

    Dobey 3-1 Cross

Another double eight for Chris Dobey and he leads 3-1.

It is far from vintage stuff from either player but it's Rob Cross who has it all to do in this semi-final.

  9. Dobey breakspublished at 21:47 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February

    Dobey 2-1 Cross

Much more like it from Chris Dobey as he finds double eight again.

This time for a 15-dart break of throw.

    Dobey 1-1 Cross

Missed doubles aplenty - from both players - before Chris Dobey secures the hold on double eight.

He won it with his 23rd dart of the leg. Not pretty but it does the job for Dobey.

  12. Cross holdspublished at 21:42 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February

    Dobey 0-1 Cross

Rob Cross hits the first 180 of the match but Chris Dobey still has a dart at double on his next visit.

He can't hit double 14 but comes back and has three more darts to win the leg but fails to convert again.

A grateful Cross returns to hit double eight.

    Result: Aspinall 2-6 Humphries

Luke Humphries finishes with an average of 105.19 despite a couple of off legs in the middle there.

Nathan Aspinall was at a respectable 95.73 but it was nowhere near enough.

That's largely because Humphries was so good on the doubles at well, six of 10 for 60% compared to 20% for Aspinall.

  19. Humphries seals a convincing winpublished at 21:21 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February
    Breaking

    Aspinall 2-6 Humphries

    Job done for Luke Humphries.

Very, very impressive from the world number one.

Another two-dart finish from Cool Hand, treble 17 then double 12 to set up a semi-final against Michael van Gerwen.

Nathan Aspinall was no match for him tonight.

  20. Humphries to throw for the matchpublished at 21:20 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February

    Aspinall 2-5 Humphries

Nathan Aspinall has had his fun but Luke Humphries is back on it.

The leg was Aspinall's to win, he was miles ahead, but a couple of loose visits and Humphries is right there.

Aspinall can't take out 92 but Humphries most certainly can.

Treble 20, double 16 and the former world champ is one leg from victory.
