They've had some very good games. Unfortunately for Stephen Bunting, he always seems to lose them narrowly.

    Bunting 2-2 Cross

    Let-off for Rob Cross.

It looked like being a very comfortable hold for the 2018 world champion but a 180 from Stephen Bunting puts the pressure on.

Cross can't get 100 so Bunting has a shot at 80 but misses tops, allowing Cross back to hit double eight.

Think Humphries gets very little respect from the media because of Littler. Humphries to win it and Bunting to make the final.

    Bunting v Cross

Walk-on time and Stephen Bunting is first out.

As ever, 'Titanium' goes down a treat with the fans. A lively Belfast crowd are only too happy to get involved as Bunting stands at the front of the stage singing with them.

Rob Cross changed his walk-on song to 'I Don't Wanna Wait' by David Guetta and One Republic last year.

It doesn't get the same reception as Bunting's, I'll say that.

Time for the second quarter-final of the night and it's fan favourite Stephen Bunting up against 2018 world champion Rob Cross.

Both men have started 2025 well with Bunting, ranked fifth in the world, winning the Bahrain Masters and fourth-ranked Cross triumphing at the Dutch Masters - where he beat Bunting 8-5 in the final.

This is just Bunting's second full year in the Premier League, the last coming back in 2015, while he appeared as a challenger in 2020.

Cross has played in five previous editions, reaching the final in 2019, where he lost to Michael van Gerwen.

Last year he missed out on the play-offs, finishing sixth.

Another 14-darter for Chris Dobey to secure the vital break.

    Can Gerwyn Price respond?
