    Wheelchair fencing - men's sabre A final

Great Britain are guaranteed at least one more medal today, but will Piers Gilliver deliver a gold or a silver in the wheelchair fencing men's sabre A event?

Gilliver is hoping to win a second Paralympic gold, having won the epee A category in Tokyo three years ago.

Unfortunately the delays to the schedule mean his final against Germany's Maurice Schmidt is going to come a little bit too late for our live text commentary, but look out for a dedicated report on the BBC Sport website and app later on.

Tully Kearney won the S5 women's 100m freestyle and 200m freestyle earlier in the week but finished fifth in the S5 50m backstroke tonight. She told Channel 4:

“It has been a fun event. It’s not often that you get to do an event with no pressure on you. It’s just go out and enjoy it really, that was the aim for the backstroke and try and add it in for future years.”

"It was a lot more enjoyable than the freestyle, I felt like there was no pressure on me. Swimming backstroke is quite a nice change. I’ve been swimming freestyle for so many years.”

“As I said earlier in the week, I really struggled with my mental health and I wasn’t sure what was going to be possible so to come here and come away with two golds is incredible. More than I could ever imagine a few years ago.”

Twin sisters Scarlett and Eliza Humphrey finished sixth and seventh respectively in the SM11 women's 200m individual medley, with Eliza finishing with a personal best. Here's what they had to say, speaking to Channel 4:

First, Scarlett Humphrey, on competing against sister Eliza: “I enjoyed it, it was good fun. To line up next to each other was quite nice. Having raced already means the nerves are less - the first time was quite nerve-wracking in front of the crowd.”

On coping with nerves, she added: “I’m getting used to it now and trying to see it as just another race to keep the pressure off. It took a while to get used to, it’s such a big place in the village with so many people, but I got used to it.

"We worked out a routine and a pattern and I’m really enjoying the experience. My racing will improve the more I get used to the village and the environment.”

Eliza Humphrey said: “It was nice, it felt good. We had some things to work on from the heats and it obviously worked, I got under three minutes which is something I’ve been aiming to do for a while.

"Missing out on Manchester (World Championships) last year was gutting as I was watching everyone else race. I worked really hard on the build-up to trials and to race here is a dream come true, it’s really nice to be back on the world stage racing world-class athletes.”

On competing with her sister Scarlett: “We were in the lanes next door to each other, which was really cool. You want to push yourself in training to beat each other when the races come.

"It’s special as we know we are supportive of each other and if we have questions, we find the answers for each other.”

"Fourth isn’t easy but when you know you’ve enjoyed it all and done the best you could, then I’ve come away from this competition happy.”

On her celebrations last night: “Me and Louise (Fiddes) were buzzing all night. It took me ages to get to sleep. I don’t really think I believe it yet.”

"[I can see] a couple of scenarios - the three Chinese athletes dominate the race, or the second scenario - Hug decides to go out really hard.

"The question is whose wheel is Nathan Maguire trying to follow?

"I would pick Marcel Hug’s wheel. He is not going to let the race get away from him like in the 5000m, but it could be any tactic whatsoever."
