Truro City have signed former Hereford United and Plymouth Argyle trainee Sam Malsom on a one-month deal.
The 23-year-old is awaiting international clearance after last playing in Iceland.
He has previously played for Faroese club Torshavn in the Europa League and made seven appearances for Hereford United last season.
"He's been training with us and everything is all agreed pending the clearance," Truro boss Lee Hodges said.
Malsom spent time on loan at Redditch United, external last season.
Truro are in need of reinforcements up front with first choice front men Barry Hayles and Andy Watkins struggling with injuries in recent weeks.
"He [Sam] is ready to go, and hopefully he will give us something extra - we need a bit more pace, and he is certainly quick.
"He's very much travelled, but I think he's ready to settle back in this country now," Hodges added.
